It offers UVR (Ultraviolet Ray Resistance) as well as mildew resistance. We would recommend that any application be covered when not in use to reduce exposure to the elements as much as possible. If used for patio furniture, it is always best to wipe the vinyl clean to remove any residues, such as suntan lotion or foods that may stain.
